Below is some important information for you for the first day of school, including your child’s teacher(s) and class information.

We look forward to welcoming our remote learners live in the afternoon.
  • Morning – Please visit the Remote Learning Asynchronous Learning Site the morning of September 9 to access learning activities.
  • Afternoon – Please join our Google classroom using the classroom code above at 1:35 pm.
  • Year 1 Kindergarten – Families will have received information about the supported entry process for Kindergarten. On the day when Year 1 children are not attending class, asynchronous (not live) learning activities will be available on the Remote Learning Asynchronous Learning Site.  All Kindergarten students will be attending on Monday September 13 for the full day.
  • Google Classroom – Resources for accessing and using Google Classroom can be found on the Board website in addition to other family resources. If your child does not know their GAPPS login information, you can contact your child’s teacher or call Wilshire ES.
  • Technology – If your child requires technology to access remote learning, please contact the school office.

We appreciate that families have many questions. We will continue to share information with you, and work with you to support your child in transitioning back to school. Additional information is also available on the Board website, including health and safety measures, frequently asked questions and resources at In addition, earlier this week, the Board held a town hall responding to questions submitted by families. A recording of the town hall is available.

We look forward to seeing our students next week!
